Performer Engages Audience with Innovative Mobile App for Live Events

Los Angeles, CA: YourchestraApp, a mobile app that facilitates performers to engage with their audiences during live shows, announced that the Angel City Chorale will use their app for their live show on June 3 and June 4, 2017.
The show’s director Sue Fink said, “We are always looking for ways to engage audiences, and for this show in particular, to be more interactive.”

Yourchestra allows performers to connect with their audience by using the audience’s cell phones as a light system and distributed speaker system. The app creates an immersive experience that is controlled live from stage.

The app will surround the audience in a sea of hundreds of phones displaying colors during their rendition of Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colors”, in an immersive soundbath coming from every direction during “A Vibration”, and in an emotional shared experience with an animated candle “All You Need is Love.”
